THE FORMAT: lim h--0 f(X+h) - f(X-h)/ X+h - X-h OR 2h
LIM h--0 1/2h [(X+h)^1/4 - (X-h)^1/4 ]
THE ANSWER BY USING THE POWER RULE IS 1/4X^3/4 BUT I CAN'T FIGURE OUT THE MATH TO PROVE IT.
