Question 93768: HOW DO YOU COMPLETE THIS PROBLEM
(K-10)3EXPONENT

Answer by Nate(3500)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
You can multiply it out:
(k - 10)(k - 10)(k - 10)
(k^2 - 20k + 100)(k - 10)
k^3 - 20k^2 + 100k - 10k^2 + 200k - 1,000
k^3 - 30k^2 + 300k - 1,000
You can use the binomial experimentation:
(k - 10)^3
C(3,0)k^3 - 10*C(3,1)k^2 + 100*C(3,2)k - 1,000*C(3,3)
k^3 - 30k^2 + 300k - 1,000
