I am doing a price supply and demand problem. The problem i am having is that my x(2) and Y(2) are less than my x(1) and Y(1). The equation is as follows(1.82-1.94)/(9,400-9,800). I keep getting (-.12/-400). My calculator gives me the answer 3E-4. What does 3E-4 mean, and what does it convert into. Thank you
