Simplify each of the following expressions. 
Write your answers with positive exponents only.


In the first factor on top, multiply the inner 
exponment 2 by the outer exponent -3, getting 
an exponent of -6  On the bottom, multiply the 
inner exponent 2 by the outer exponent -4,
getting an exponent of -8



Combine the exponents of x on top





These cancel so the answer is 1
