let's multiply the first pair of brackets using FOIL (First, Outer, Inner, Last) and leave the last bracket alone for now

simplifying this gives

now we have to multiply these two brackets together
we multiply everything in the first bracket by each term in the second
we'll multiply everything by the 5 first and then by the h

now we'll gather like terms and simplify.
