I have tried working in the parenthesis first but my outcome when submitting my answer has been wrong yet the answer could be wrong to but I have gotten 27/49, 0/441, 10/490, and 1/49.

Work inside the parenthesis first =). First of all, you want those two fractions to have a common denominator, so multiply the first fraction by 10/10 to get:
10/7(30/70-3/70), which simplifies to:
10/7(27/70). You then can multiply THESE fractions, yielding:
270/490, which simplifies to 27/49.
