Given question is,
(4x^4-7x^2-19x)-5x-6x^2+10x^4)

Hope the question is ( 4x^4 - 7x^2 - 19x )- ( 5x - 6x^2 + 10x^4 )

First of all remove the parenthesis,
While doing the same the sign of each term inside the second parenthesis will change because there is a negative sign before that parenthesis,

===> 4x^4 - 7x^2 - 19x - 5x + 6x^2 - 10x^4

Collect like terms,

===> 4x^4 - 10x^4 - 7x^2 + 6x^2 - 19x - 5x

==> ( 4 - 10 ) x^4 - ( 7 - 6 ) x^2 - ( 19 + 5 ) x

==> ( -6) x^4 - ( 1 ) x^2 - ( 24) x

==> -6x^4 - 1 x^2 - 24x

==> -6x^4 - x^2 - 21 x

This is the simplified answer.
