Question 644481: I am suppose to simplify this expression with postive exponents only
Here is the problem (-2x^6y^-2/5z^3)^-2
I got down to (-2x^6y^-2)^-2/(5z^3)^-2
Then down to (5z^3)^2/(-2x^6y^-2)^2
Finally I am at 25z^6/4x^12y^-4
How am I suppose to get exponent of negative -4 to positive 4.
