64-6[15+2(-3+8)] ... Start with the given expression

64-6[15+2(5)] ... Add -3 to 8 to get 5

64-6[15+10] ... Multiply 2 and 5 to get 10

64-6[25] ... Add 15 to 10 to get 25

64-150 ... Multiply -6 and 25 to get -150

-86 ... Subtract 150 from 64 to get -86


So 64-6[15+2(-3+8)] = -86
