Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
{6x^2-1/4}^2
=(6x^2-(1/4))(6x^2-(1/4))
=36x^4-(3/2)x^2-(3/2)x^2+1/16
=36x^4-3x^2+(1/16)
