You can put this solution on YOUR website!
5x10^n=0.005 then n=?
A. -5
B. -3
C. -2
D. 2
E. 3
-----------------
If you start with 5.0 and end up with 0.005
you must have moved the decimal point 3 spaces
to the left.
Multiplying by 10^-3 will do this.
So the answer is "B" or -3
