Question 440779: I have read and studied and googled to try to solve these algebra questions and i have found NOWHERE that shows how to solve anything. Im having a ton of trouble understanding anything to do with exponents. im tring to simplify and rewrite without useing negetive or zero exponents. i really appreciate the help.

Multiply NUM and DEN by c^6

Multiply NUM and DEN by b^3

You might notice that multiplying NUM and DEN by b^3 moves the b term from the NUM to the DEN and changes its sign.
