3/10 + 6/1000 + 8/10,000 = 3/10^1 + 6/10^3 + 8/10^5

if  0.30608 = 3/(10^a) + 6/(10^b) + 8/(10^c).  what is  a + b + c ?

a = 1

b = 3

c = 5
