Answer by nyc_function(2741) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
60 = 400/(r + 1)^3
60(r + 1)^3 = 400
60(r^3 + 3r^2 + 3r + 1) = 400
After doing the math on paper, I got r = 0.88
