You can put this solution on YOUR website! in second problem, y^(-4) is 1/y^4 or bring it down to the denominator as y^4.
also, x^(-2) is 1/x^2 or bring it up to the numerator as x^2.
then rewrite it as {(x^7)(x^2)}/-2(y^4).
and the powering with -3, is (positive 3rd power) of its reciprocal.
so, [{-2(y^4)}^3]/(x^9)^3
