Answer by mananth(16946) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(y - 2/3)^2 = 4/9
(3y-2 / 3)^2= 4/9
9y^2-12y+4 /9 =4/9
9y^2-12y+4 =4
9y^2-12y=0
3y(y-4)=0
Either 3y=0 OR y-4=0
SO y=0
oR y=4
