I can't type this to look right. It should be on top b to the negative 2 power over b to the negative 5 power. The entire fraction is in parenthesis with that to the negative 2 power on the top it shows. Please help me solve. thank you.
I thought you multiply so b to the positive 4 over b to the positive 4 would equal 1 but I was marked wrong.
