This is not an equation. There is no equal sign. Nothing is equated.
I am assuming that everything before / is the numerator and everything after is the denominator
Fortunately, this expression can be reduced. Any number to a power of 0 is 1
((-8)^2c^0)/(5^-1cd^0)
It reduces to
((-8)^2*1)/(1/5*1c)=320/c
