Answer by josmiceli(19441) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
If you don't get negative exponents, just think of them
like this:
10^4 = 10000
10^3 = 1000
10^2 = 100
10^1 = 10
10^0 = 1
10^-1 = .1
10^-2 = .01
10^-3 = .001
10^-4 = .0001
In general,
Now you just invert each fraction
