Question 185987: I realize some of these look easy but when you haven't had algebra for so long it looks hard to me/ I also appreciate your help, without you guys I would be Sc-----. PLEASE MULTIPLY AND OR SIMPLIFY THIS FOR ME.
2X^2(Y - 2) + Y (X^2 + 2)
Answer by joecbaseball(37) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
2x^2(y - 2) + y(x^2 + 2)
You must first do the multiplication on both sides by distributing the terms.
This gives you:
2x^2y - 4x^2 + x^2y + 2y
Now add "like" terms:
3x^2y - 4x^2 + 2y.
Good luck!
