I THOUGHT THAT DURING DIVISION I NEEDED TO SUBTRACT THE EXPONENT, IN THE EXAMPLE IT HAS ADDED IT, WHY? AND HOW DO I KNOW WHERE TO PUT THE DECIMAL POINT, AND WHERE THE DECIMAL POINT COME FROM?
