How do you solve 1 over p to the 4th power?

You can't, to solve something it has have an equal sign, (equal to something)
:
For example if you had:
= 4096
:
Find the 4th root of both sides
=
:
= 8: (You can see that 8^4 = 4096)

Multiply both sides by p
:
8p = 1
:
p =
:
p = .125
:
:
If you substitute .125 for p in the original equation, you can see you will have
= 8
therefore
8^4 = 4096; which we know is true
