Hi

((\root(6)(8)\root(2)(8^(3))))/(\root(3)(8^(4)))

Combine and Simplify according to the Law of Exponents
1/6 + 3/2 = 1/6 + 9/6 = 10/6 = 5/3
numerator 8^5/3 , the denominator 8^4/3
5/3 - 4/3 = 1/3
8^(1/3) = 2 Simplified & Evaluated.
