Any number can be written using base 2....

32 = 2^5 = 1*2^5 + 0*2^4 + 0*2^3 + 0*2^2 + 0*2^1 + 0*2^0 = 100000 base 2

Similarly, 64 = 2^6 = 1000000 base 2
