Question 1056919: 3^x + 5^x+1 = 6^x+2 please help me i cant ans my ass.
Answer by Alan3354(69443) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
3^x + 5^x+1 = 6^x+2
x*log(3) + (x+1)*log(5) = (x+2)*log(6)
x*log(3) + x*log(5) + log(5) = x*log(6) + log(36)
x*log(3) + x*log(5) - x*log(6) = log(36) - log(5) = log(7.2)
x*log(2.5) = log(7.2)
x = log(7.2)/log(2.5)
x =~ 2.1544
