Evaluate the following:
[(sqrt(3) - 1]^3
= (3 - 2sqrt(3) + 1)*(sqrt(3) - 1)
= (4 - 2sqrt(3))*(sqrt(3) - 1)
= 4sqrt(3) - 4 - 2*3 + 2sqrt(3)
= 6sqrt(3) - 10
