(-1/4)^-3=1/(-1/4)^3=1/(-1/64)=-64 answer

there can be a big difference in whether the minus sign is inside or out side the parenthesis if the exponent is even but not in this case.
-%281%2F4%29%5E-3=-4%5E3=-64
