Now this is a fun one...
(2^2001+2^1999)/(2^2000-2^1998) =
[(2^2)(2^1999) + 2^1999] / [(2^2)(2^1998) - 2^1998] =
Now factor and get
[2^1999(4 + 1)] / [2^1998(4 - 1)] =
2(5) / 3 =
10/3
Nice problem...I'm using that one in my class...
