any value you get will be either 0 or > 0 since everything on the left side of the equation is included in the absolute value sign.
|3x/50 + 1/45| is the same as absolute value of (3x/50 + 1/45).
since 0 is > -4/5, then any value > 0 will be greater as well.
here's a graph of the equation y = absolute value of (3x/50 + 1/45).
as you can see it will never get below 0 no matter what the value of x is.
