Neither expressions are monomials. They are binomials because there are 2 terms in each expression.
binomial ---> bi+nomial
bi = 2
nomial = name
binomial = 2 names (in a loose translation)
Monomials would be things like 2x, x^3, 10x^7, etc etc
2c+2 is a binomial because it has the two terms: 2c & 2
6m+3n is a binomial because it has the two terms: 6m & 3n
