Answer by JulietG(1812) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(removed last name; not a good habit on the Internet)
6x[2+(10-5)]
Work from the inside out.
First do the inside parentheses (10-5)
Now you have
6x[2+5]
Then the second set of parentheses [2+5]
That gives you
6x[7]
Now multiply
6x*7 = 42x
