Since by order of operation, exponents are evaluated first,
(-1/64)^2/3 is the same as ((-1/64)^2)/3
(-1/64)^2 = 1/(64)^2 = 1/4096 so,
(-1/64)^2/3 = (1/4096)/3 = 1/(3*4096) = 1/12288
