SOLUTION: -78 to the power of 3/4
I tried 78 to the 3rd power and then taking the 4th root of it but can't seem to get anything but an error on my TI calculator.

leave the negative off until the end. since its to a odd power the answer will be negative. 78^3 will give you 474552 and then doing the 4root will give you 26.25 but the answer is -26.25
