SOLUTION: Hi!
How do I simplify the following:
(x^-4+y^-2)/(x^-6+y^-4)
?
The automatic simplifier only goes this far
(1/x^4+1/y^2)/(1/x^6+1/y^4), and if I continue from there

Question 802368: Hi!
How do I simplify the following:
(x^-4+y^-2)/(x^-6+y^-4)
?
The automatic simplifier only goes this far
(1/x^4+1/y^2)/(1/x^6+1/y^4), and if I continue from there I managed to somehow get simplify it to x^2y^2 but as I have no answer key, any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
