Question 727745: Please help me solve this equation: a^2 over b^2 divided by a over b^3
Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
a^2 over b^2 divided by a over b^3
-----
(a^2/b^2) / (a/b^3)
---
Invert the denominator and multiply:
= (a^2/b^2) * (b^3/a)
-----
= (a^2/a)(b^3/b^2)
Cancel where you can:
----
= ab
