Add and simplify - please help!

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
-4/(x-1) + (3-x)/x
Add and simplify
-----------------------
[x(-4)+(3-x)(x-1)]/[x(x-1)]
-----
[-4x+3x-3-x^2+x]/[x(x-1)]
----
= -[x^2+3]/[x(x-1)]
