I need to simplify this problem and express only with positive exponents.
(a^-2/3 /b^3/4)(a^1/4 b^2/3) =

(a^-2/3)*(b^-3/4) * (a^1/4)*(b^2/3)=
a^(-2/3+1/4) * b^(-3/4+2/3) =
Use 12 for the common denominator and simplify the exponents on a and b.
