Multiply NUM and DEN by
= = ab^(5/3)c/a^(1/2)
Multiply NUM and DEN by a^(1/2)
= a^(3/2)b^(5/3)c

The fractions can't be eliminated, unless you use
a^(3/2) =
That's a different form of fractional exponent.
