= (6ab/5c)^3
= (216a^3b^3/125c^3)

(6ab^4c/5b^3c^2)^3 Once you set it up like this, simplify it by dividing (as you said, subtracting exponents). Then cube the result (the cube transfers to everything, coefficients and variables).
