Each of the terms in your numerator has a common factor of 10, so take that out of each of the terms leaving you with for your numerator. Now factor the trinomial in the numerator. Since you did end up with in your denominator, you apparently factored the denominator correctly as the difference of two squares. So if you do the numerator correctly, you should have it.
