Question 123924: I can't seem to figure this one out, can you help me please?
(2x-2)^1/3 +2=6

Answer by stanbon(75887)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
(2x-2)^1/3 +2=6
(2x-2)^(1/3) = 4
Raise both sides to the 3rd power to get:
2x-1 = 64
2x = 65
x = 32.5
