2^-1 = 1/2
5^-1 = 1/5
(-5/8)^-1 = 1/(-5/8) = 8/-5

(2^-1÷5^-1)×(-5/8)^-1= ?
(1/2 / 1/5) x 8/-5
5/2 x 8/-5
Cancel out
= -4
