Answer by josgarithmetic(39618) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
log(x^2+6) - log(x+1) = 2 + log(x-1)
log(x^2+6)-log(x+1)-log(x-1)=2
log(x^2+6)-(log((x+1)(x-1))=2
log((x^2+6)/((x+1)(x-1))=2
Assuming the base is 10, the exponential form is
Is that enough for you to continue and finish?
