How do I expand the logarithm using the properties of logarithms:
Log 2x^3y^5=log(2)+3log(x)+5log(5)

Answer by sachi(548)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
Log 2x^3y^5=log2x^3+logy^5=log2+logx^3+logy^5=log2+3logx+5logy
the rules are
logab=loga=logb
loga^n=nloga
loga/b=loga-logb
