SOLUTION: (3x^3y^2) (2X^4y)
When I multiply x^3*x^4= X^12
Y^2*Y=y^2
do I still mulity the 3 and the 2 together ?
Would the answer be 6x^12Y^2?

You do NOT multiply the exponents. You add them.
For x: 3+4 = 7
For y: 2+1 = 3
So the final answer is really
