Write the expression as one logarithm:
2 log (y^3/x) - 3 log (y) + 1/2 log x^4y^2
2 log (y^3/x)=log[(y^3/x)^2] (exponent rule)
3 log (y)=log[y^3] (exponent rule)
1/2 log x^4y^2=log[(x^4y^2)^1/2]=log[√[(x^4y^2)]
plus means multiplication, minus means division
thus,
log[(y^3/x)^2 (√(x^4y^2))/y^3]
