Question 60002: I'm not sure how these are to be constructed, help would be appreciated.

ii. log125 25=2/3

Answer by uma(370) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
1. Log 3 (27) = 3
This is read as log 27 to the base 3 = 3
Here the first 3 is the base and the value on the right side is the exponent.
In exponential form this becomes,
(base)^3 = 27
==> 3^3 = 27
2. Log 125 (25) = 2/3
This is read as log 25 to the base 125 = 2/3
Here 125 is the base and 2/3 is the exponent.
In exponential form,
(125)^(2/3) = 25
Good Luck!!!
