log3 54-log3 2

Answer by venugopalramana(3286)   (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
use properties of logarithms to condense the logarithmic expression
X=log3 54-log3 2
SINCE BOTH ARE TO BASE 3 WE CAN OMIT THE BASE
LOG(54)-LOG(2)=LOG(54/2)=LOG(27) TO BASE 3 LET IT BE =X
SO X^3=27=3^3
X=3
