m^2+73 = 17m+3
---
m^2-17m+70 = 0
---
Use Inverse-FOIL to Factor:
m^2-10m-7m+70 = 0
------
m(m-10)-7(m-10) = 0
---
(m-10)(m-7) = 0
---
m = 10 or m = 7
