Question 439029: please help me solve these equations: ln(4x)=3 and 4+5e^(-x)=0
Answer by stanbon(75887) (Show Source): You can put this solution on YOUR website!
ln(4x)=3
----
4x = 10^3
4x = 1000
x = 250
----------------
4+5e^(-x)=0
5e^(-x) = -4
e^(-x) = -4/5
----
No solution because no power of "e" can be negative.
